The Story Behind this Verse
One evening, the image of a person desperate for hope, hanging onto a thin thread of life, came to me as I stared at the blank computer screen before me. Then, God’s message of hope through Jesus Christ filled my heart and my thoughts as if He were speaking directly to that imaginary person who was losing a grip on life.
Words are inadequate to express God’s amazing message of love and hope, and with this verse I tried. Just know that no matter how you’re feeling right now, no matter how desperate life may feel, you are loved by God more than you can ever imagine, and He hasn’t given up on you, so please don’t give up on yourself.
