The Story Behind this Verse

I was on Facebook looking up reports of wildflowers blooming this spring in Arizona. While I surfed, a notification popped up from our local public library, Prescott Valley Public Library [ website ] [ Facebook page ].

Ah! The memories I cherish when I was a young reader discovering our world through books. After I read our library’s post, a quick and easy little haiku verse popped into my thoughts, which I shared on the library’s post.
