This free PDF was located at the link below, until January 20, 2021, and after the inaugural swearing-in ceremony of the new administration.

Perhaps the new administration will publish a report of their own, which is understandable. If they do, and if in January 2024 a new administration removes the current administration’s report, I will add the outgoing administration’s report to this page (if I am still alive in 2024).

In the meantime, as a writer and an author, I post the report here for my own reference as I have yet to read this report and form an opinion; it was taken down too soon before I knew about it. And, I post it here because I believe books need to remain in the realm of readers—uncensored—for calm, logical, and rational debate. Remember, in all debate and discussions, love one another.
