The Story Behind the Verse
Fernando Ortega is one of my favorite Contemporary Christian Artists. This December, he released a new Christmas album, Lo, How a Rose E’er Blooming, and added videos to his YouTube channel.
I listened to a couple of songs on his YT, and felt inspired to write this simple haiku verse that expresses Christians’ hope and joy during this festive season.
