The Story Behind this Haiku
I took a chance. A “silly” haiku I wrote just for fun a few years ago encouraged people to enjoy each day. The Monday-through-Friday work week tends to condition people to look forward to Friday as a day of freedom and fun due to the upcoming weekend. I’ve lived that way. I understand. But, life is short. In our minds, let’s make every day Friday!
