On Monday, she charmed us.
On Tuesday, she asked invasive questions.
On Wednesday, she tried to intimidate me. I shocked her with details of her bad behavior.
On Thursday, I called her boss. She cowered.
On Friday, I whispered “Boo!”
She shriveled into the shredder, never to be seen again.

The Story Behind this Story
Harassed at work.
A real event inspired this tiny story. Someone said something to me that was blatantly “crazy”. Mind-boggling-ly insane. Plus, the words were said to try and control me.
Not. Gonna. Happen.
I wrote this story because the topic of narcissists at work resonates with my readers. And, I have plenty more stories to share. I have another story about narcissists at work, that you can read here: “Self Talk”.
Writing stories is therapy for us authors.
